Japansk meditationspude Zafu "ZAF MOMENT" Måneskin Hvid

The Japanese Meditation Cushion Zafu "ZAF MOMENT" Moonlight White - Medium is an authentic masterpiece of traditional Japanese craftsmanship, meticulously handcrafted in Toyama, Japan by Sakae Kinran. It embodies the ancient techniques of zazen-futon making, inheriting a Zen tradition with over 1,200 years of history. Skilled artisans meticulously hand-stuff each meditation pillow with 100% natural Kapok fiber ('Panya' cotton) through a traditional, time-honored manual process. This sensory skill cannot be replicated by modern machinery, ensuring its signature supportive firmness, museum-grade authenticity, and superior quality designed for a lifetime of mindful practice.

The Japanese Meditation Cushion Zafu "ZAF MOMENT" Moonlight White - Medium features a diameter of 25.0 cm (9.8 inches) for the Medium size (with a compact Small size also available at a diameter of 22.5 cm / 8.9 inches), making it ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dedicated meditation spaces. Its graceful, circular silhouette and serene Moonlight White color beautifully blend Japanese Zen tradition with modern minimalist style. Please note that it is intended for indoor use only.

The Japanese Meditation Cushion Zafu "ZAF MOMENT" Moonlight White - Medium is exceptionally versatile, designed to elevate the interior ambiance of both traditional and contemporary spaces. It is highly recommended for the following settings:

• Bedroom & Bedside Relaxation: The natural softness of the Kapok fiber and the serene, clean white color invite deep peace. It is perfect as a grounding bedside prop for evening breathing exercises, gentle stretching, or for night-time wind-down.
• Living Room & Family Mindful Rituals: With its tranquil Moonlight White color and choice of two family-friendly sizes (Medium and Small), it is ideal for starting a shared 5-minute daily family mindfulness ritual in your living space. It also doubles beautifully as a premium floor pillow, stylish seat, or daily pelvic support.
• Mindfulness & Japandi Interiors: The cushion's ergonomic three-point support structure stabilizes the pelvis, guiding the spine into its natural S-curve and reducing lower back strain by 27% compared to standard cross-legged sitting. It seamlessly complements modern Zen decor and minimalist Japandi styles, blending centuries-old heritage with everyday functional art.

Yes, the meditation cushion is beautifully functional and designed with both daily convenience and long-term durability in mind. It features a removable external cover that is fully machine-washable, protecting the handcrafted inner core. For daily care, simply unzip and remove the outer cover to clean it. To maintain the pristine quality and unique firmness of the inner traditional Kapok fiber, do not wash the inner cushion; instead, gently pat the inner pillow and let it air out in a dry, well-ventilated, shaded area. Avoid exposing the cushion to direct sunlight or extreme humidity.
