International Shipping
Most orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email although this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that shipping may take longer than 5 business days if the products are back-ordered or pre-ordered.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: the United States of America, Canada, Australia.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carrier
Millennium Gallery ships internationally directly from Japan with FedEx or EMS. The standard shipping time is usually between 2-5 days for international shipping. Please note, however, that the shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delay in shipments.
Title and risk of loss of your order will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Import Taxes & Custom Fees
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or VAT, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees and are also required to provide any documents necessary for customs clearance in the receiving country.
We understand that the potential for additional customs fees can be a concern for some customers. However, we'd like to assure you that when you purchase from Millennium Gallery, you're not just buying a product; you're acquiring a piece of authentic Japanese craftsmanship and contributing to the sustainable development of traditional Japanese crafts.
In principle, our items are handmade in Japan using traditional techniques, making them truly unique finds that are not easily available elsewhere. We believe that the unparalleled quality and authenticity of our products make them well worth any additional customs fees that may be incurred.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@millenniumstories.co.jp with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. All orders must be shipped to a physical address where someone can receive and sign for the package.
